Job Position: Associate, Human Resources

Job Location: Lagos

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in human resource management in international institutions or organisations
  2. Understanding and solid experience of HR strategy implementation
  3. In-depth knowledge of Human Resources Management components and developments
  4. Good knowledge of the Financial Service industry and its operations
  5. Strong numeracy skills
  6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and SAP HR systems
  8. The role will be based in Lagos, Nigeria.
