Job Position: Customer Success Specialist

Job Description

  1. As a Customer Success Specialist at Flex Finance, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients’ satisfaction and success.
  2. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
  3. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, provide product insights, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  4. This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster client engagement, promote retention, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Flex Finance products and services.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop client portfolios
  2. Improve and sustain business growth
  3. Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience
  4. Train customer support representatives
  5. Implement specific strategies for both sales and customer service
  6. Networking to develop customer relationships
  7. Managing customer business and portfolios
  8. Enhancing customer experience and reducing churn
  9. Generate sales leads and retain existing clients.
  10. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  11. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Excellent command of the English language
  3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  4. Customer support experience
  5. Computer proficiency
  6. Strong leadership skills
  7. Track record of over-achieving quota
  8. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Pipedrive, Zoho, Slack, and Monday
  9. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  10. Highly motivated
  11. A team player
