Job Description

  1. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with strong researcher, writer, Excel, and presentation skills to join our dynamic team.
  2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and interpreting data, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct research to gather data and information relevant to business objectives.
  2. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  3. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.
  5. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and other data analysis tools.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  3. Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup, and data visualization techniques.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. Experience with presentation software such as PowerPoint or Keynote.
  9. Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques is a plus.
