- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Professional certification is an added advantage.
- 2 to 3 years of financial service experience and as a business development manager
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Knowledge of financial and investment products and services.
