Job Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and assess potential business opportunities and market trends through on-the-ground observations.
- Develop and maintain strong networks with industry contacts, stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
- Gather and analyze market data, including competitor activity, industry trends, and customer preferences, to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports on market conditions, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to support business planning.
- Use market intelligence to recommend adjustments to sales and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with market dynamics.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implement customer relationship management (CRM) practices to track interactions, manage accounts, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualification of potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and expand the company’s client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs and drive business growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in sales field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
