Job Description
- Our client needs qualified developers to develop a banking software.
- We require an experienced database developer, with good experience in Oracle and the banking sector applications.
- As a Database Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining banking applications using Oracle and other frameworks. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions that drive our business forward.
- Good knowledge of the .net framework will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain banking applications using Oracle technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to gather and define software requirements.
- Implement secure coding practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of banking applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing software.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development and the financial technology sector.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
