Job Description

  • As a Business Development Lead at Talentsquare, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the human capital and workforce development sectors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Prospect for new clients, identify target markets, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of Talentsquare’s solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Develop customized proposals that address client needs and drive business growth.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of deals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the human capital or workforce development industry.
  • A legal background would be a significant advantage.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
