Job Description

  • Our client is looking for an experienced Growth Product Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative product strategies.
  • This role is pivotal in aligning product improvements with the company’s growth objectives and delivering solutions that enhance the user experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have a robust background in product management and a passion for driving growth in a tech-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, and design) to execute product enhancements and new feature rollouts.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to uncover growth opportunities and optimize the user journey.
  • Lead experiments and A/B testing to validate product ideas and inform decisions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track growth initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of new features and ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities and partnerships for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and features.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or similar roles.
  • Proven success in driving growth in tech-driven industries, preferably in health tech or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing and user acquisition strategies.
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry and its unique challenges.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
