Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development and Partnership Officer to drive growth and expansion in Umuahia.
- The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and effectively drive sales and insurance in Abia state.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, revenue generation, and profitability in Umuahia.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, optimizing processes and resources to ensure efficient business performance.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and penetration in Umuahia and neighboring regions.
- Develop proposals and presentations for clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the local community to enhance brand presence and impact.
- Direct sales and marketing initiatives to promote our products and services effectively in the local market.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Proven work experience, ideally within the insurance or insurtech industry, with experience in building and scaling businesses.
- Skills: Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of technology, insurance products, and the circular economy. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
