Job Position: Business Development Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
- Laboria is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the drive for our growth and market expansion initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales goals of at least N50 million and drive 10% month-over-month revenue growth.
- Develop a minimum of 20 tailored proposals weekly for prospective clients.
- Execute marketing campaigns promoting POCT (Point of Care Testing) devices and other product offerings.
- Establish strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions such as hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
- Maintain a customer retention rate of at least 80% and achieve a customer satisfaction score of 80% or higher.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the laboratory/medical equipment industry.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare and diagnostics industry, including market trends and client needs.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
