Job Summary

- The ideal candidate will have expertise in fund mobilization from banks, financial institutions, and asset management companies, coupled with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Job Responsibilities
- Business Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the client base, increase revenue, and meet growth objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors, using insights to shape strategies.
- Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships with industry leaders, associations, and clusters to enhance the company’s assets under management.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business collaborations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor performance metrics, prepare insightful reports, and provide recommendations to management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, customer support, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of business initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc Degree from a reputable institution
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an asset management company or financial institution.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Central Bank guidelines and relevant local legislation.
- Proven marketing and sales expertise.
- Analytical mindset and knowledge of offshore banking.
- Awareness of money laundering risks.
- Excellent time management and team collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Salary
N400,000 monthly.
