Job Description

  1. We are currently in search of an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our esteemed team.
  2. The ideal candidate will assume responsibility for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating robust client relationships, and spearheading growth initiatives to bolster our market presence both internationally and locally.

Job Responsibilities
Identify and Develop Business Opportunities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
  2. Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
  3. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities for business expansion.
  4. Liaising with necessary governmental bodies to acquire necessary certifications and permits.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

  1. Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  2. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to address them.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering insights and recommendations to support their business goals.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  2. Identify key market segments and target demographics, and develop strategies to penetrate and capture market share.
  3. Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, design, and operations, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions and value propositions to meet customer’s needs and drive business growth.
  3. Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, progress, and results to management.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
  2. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related role.
  3. Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to think strategically, analyse data, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  6. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.
  7. Experience with CRM software and other relevant business development tools and technologies.
