Job Summary

JC International is seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager with strong leadership skills to spearhead business initiatives, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue expansion.

Job Responsibilities
As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for:

  1. Lead and mentor the business development team
  2. Identify and secure high-value business opportunities
  3. Develop and execute strategic growth plans
  4. Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships
  5. Conducting market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and clients’ needs
  6. Developing a marketing and sales strategy to increase revenue
  7. Meeting with potential clients and growing long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
  8. Tracking, analysing, and communicating key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
  9. Establishing new accounts by developing and expanding sales through client visits/telephone inquiries/email, and electronic communication
  10. Selling and generating revenue for the JC International Service offerings
  11. Ensuring Business expansion and an increase in market share index through networking and effective marketing.
  12. Working with the digital marketing team to showcase the service in the limelight
  13. Preparing presentations and pitches for prospective Clients & Regulators
  14. Ensuring prompt response to clients’ requests and accurate billing/invoicing.
  15. The prompt renewal of running contracts, and ensure vendor registration with key clients
  16. Ensuring prompt and seamless mobilisation to sites for job call-outs
  17. For the company’s business processes & regulatory compliance, tender preparation, packaging, and timely submission.
  18. Participating in setting Sales budgets for the division, supporting the company’s realisation of its corporate mission.

Requirements

  1. BEng. or BSC in any field
  2. At least 10 years of work experience in sales and business development
  3. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills
  5. Strong negotiation skills.
  6. Strong communication and presentation skills.
