Eko Maintenance Limited is a Facility Maintenance company that deals in high-rise buildings and construction.

Job Position: Health, Safety and Environmental Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Compile safety programs.
  2. Regularly inspect equipment and the site.
  3. Practice safe working techniques.
  4. Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
  5. Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
  6. Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
  7. Conduct regular toolbox meetings to share best practice techniques.
  8. Standardise health and safety in order to remain consistent.
  9. Identify hazardous waste and dispose of it correctly.
  10. Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
  11. Document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management.
  12. Ensure Technicians are wearing the correct PPE.
  13. Monitor technicians.

Requirement/ Qualification

  1. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 3 – 5 years of work experience.
  2. Certification in HSE, ISO and NEBOSH is a plus.
