Job Description

Are you an experienced operations leader who can keep systems running smoothly, manage people effectively, and help scale a growing African organization?

Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to take charge of their day-to-day operations, manage the Operations Associates, and ensure excellence in logistics, administration, and project execution as they expand across the continent.

Requirements

  1. At least 5 years of relevant operations and management experience
  2. A proven track record of leading teams and improving systems
  3. Strong organisational skills and event logistics expertise
  4. A passion for Africa’s growth and entrepreneurship.

Salary
N500,000 / month.
