Job Position: HR Executive
Location: Lekki Phase I, Lagos

Role Summary
This role is perfect for someone with a firm grasp of people management, administration, and organizational structure.
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the full employee life cycle, monitoring team performance, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire employee life cycle – from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding.
- Oversee and update systems for tracking employee performance, attendance, and task completion to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor employee activities and follow up with team members to ensure accountability and productivity.
- Support performance management by compiling weekly/monthly reports, tracking KPIs, and documenting evaluation outcomes.
- Ensure HR policies are clearly communicated and consistently implemented across the team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records, schedules, and HR-related documentation.
- Assist with internal communications, team check-ins, and the coordination of staff meetings and reviews.
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and across departments.
- Actively contribute to building and maintaining a high-performing, values-driven work culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Strong organisational, time management, and people skills.
- Familiarity with performance management tools and HR systems.
- Clear communicator with a firm, professional, and proactive approach.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel, Word, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
