Job Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Ajah / Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media messages from customers in a timely and courteous manner.
  2. Resolve customer issues, answer questions about products/services and policies, and escalate when necessary.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  4. Use Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, possibly Teams) to prepare reports, track metrics, and communicate internally.
  5. Meet performance targets (response time, resolution rates, customer satisfaction).
  6. Maintain a befitting presence: professional attitude, appearance, and communication.
  7. Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification.
  2. 0 – 4 years relevant work experience.
  3. Must have completed NYSC.
  4. Proficient in MS Tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with Teams/other Office apps is an advantage).
  5. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  6. Presentable, confident, polite, with a professional image and phone manner.
  7. Strong listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
  8. Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work under pressure.
  9. Residing around the Lekki / Ajah axis or able to commute reliably.
