Job Position: Marketing Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

As a marketing officer, you will be responsible for driving business growth through loan generation, deposit mobilisation, and promoting the Bank’s electronic products and services.

Job  Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate loans and mobilise deposits.
  2. Actively promote the Bank’s electronic products, including POS terminals, mobile app, internet banking, and other financial services.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  4. Carry out regular market intelligence to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  5. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase the Bank’s market share.
  6. Prepare and submit periodic marketing reports to the Branch Manager.
  7. Support other marketing and promotional activities as assigned.

Requirements

  1. B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or any related discipline.
  2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing or business development role within the banking or microfinance sector.
  3. Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
  4. Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  5. Good knowledge of microfinance banking products and operations.
  6. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
