Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Job Brief

We are searching for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team and provide exceptional support across various administrative tasks.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to overall team efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage schedules and appointments for senior management
  2. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  3. Maintain office supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  5. Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  6. Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones and greeting visitors.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / month.
