Job Position: Branch Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Description

  1. Sales and business development: Developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
  2. Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and acting as the face of the company in the community.
  3. Operations: Coordinating day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, managing inventory or supplies, and implementing company procedures.
  4. Financial and risk management: Preparing financial forecasts, managing budgets, and conducting risk assessments to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  5. Compliance: Ensuring the branch adheres to all relevant company policies and external regulations.
  6. Staff management: Hiring, training, coaching, and supervising branch personnel to improve performance and productivity.

Qualifications

  1. Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 4-6 years of experience.

Salary
N200,000 – N500,000 / Month.
