Job Position: Fleet Project Supervisor
Location: Orile Coker, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Supervise and coordinate facility repair, maintenance, and project activities across sites.
  2. Plan, schedule, and monitor facility projects from initiation to completion.
  3. Inspect project sites to monitor progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and maintain safety and quality standards.
  4. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of services and materials.
  5. Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and progress reports for management review.
  6. Ensure all facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, building structure, etc.) are properly maintained and operational.
  7. Identify and report potential facility risks or safety hazards, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
  8. Maintain records of project documents, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
  9. Support the procurement team in sourcing qualified contractors and evaluating bids.
  10. Coordinate with internal departments to minimise disruption of operations during facility work.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards, and government regulations.

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc with 2 0 5 years of work experience.

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
