Job Description

  1. This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lagos, Nigeria.
  2. The Business Development Manager will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and developing strategic plans.
  3. Responsibilities include analysing market trends, creating partnerships, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events.
  4. The role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

  1. Proven skills in Business Development, Market Research, and Strategic Planning
  2. Strong expertise in Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Account Management
  3. Excellent Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills
  4. Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management is highly preferred
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet business targets
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or related field
  8. Prior experience in a similar role within the shipping or logistics industry is an advantage

Remuneration
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly + commission + HMO.
