Job Title: Human Resource Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to support our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks, contributing to a smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
  • Handle HR paperwork, documentation, and internal communications.
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll support, and performance management processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of OND qualification; BSc in any field of study.

  • Basic HR knowledge or a strong willingness to learn.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Candidates must reside on the mainland (Lagos) due to proximity to the office.

Salary

  • N120,000 – N200,000 monthly.
