Job Position: Admin Officer
Location: Mushin, Lagos
Job Summary
The Administration Officer supports smooth day-to-day running of the project office and site administration functions.
You’ll manage documentation, coordinate procurement and logistics, handle office & HR admin tasks, and act as the administrative point-person between site teams, suppliers, and head office so projects run on time and on budget.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain project files, document control and meeting minutes.
- Support procurement admin (POs, delivery tracking) and invoice routing.
- Manage office supplies, site logistics, staff attendance and onboarding paperwork.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and head office on administrative matters..
Requirements
- OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum of 1 year administrative experience (construction experience added advantage)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong planning ability and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Office; strong organisational and communication skills.
- Residency near Mushin or its environs preferred.
