earlySTEMer is an online platform for kids to learn practical technology skills such as Coding, Web Design, and Robotics. Kids learn online, work on practical projects, and get one-on-one tutoring when they need help.

Job Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Handle all pre-sales enquiries from multiple channels including Email, Instagram, and website chat
  2. Handle business telephone lines (SMS, Call, WhatsApp) and respond to customer requests in a timely, professional, and helpful manner
  3. Efficiently route sales enquiries to the sales team
  4. Work with the tutoring team to manage communication between tutors and customers e.g. find out why a student hasn’t joined their class; find out why a student missed their class, and so on
  5. Ensure proper closeout of each learning session e.g. collate student reports from tutors and send them to parents, notify sales team to follow up on renewal
  6. Maintain database of leads, customers, subscriptions, and so on
  7. Perform other clerical duties such as organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, managing company equipment/resources, etc.

Job Requirements

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  2. Good use of Office suite applications (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations)
  3. Attention to detail
  4. Excellent time management skills
  5. Solid experience with digital media applications.

Salary
N75,000 / month.
