earlySTEMer is an online platform for kids to learn practical technology skills such as Coding, Web Design, and Robotics. Kids learn online, work on practical projects, and get one-on-one tutoring when they need help.
Job Position: Administrative Assistant
Job Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Handle all pre-sales enquiries from multiple channels including Email, Instagram, and website chat
- Handle business telephone lines (SMS, Call, WhatsApp) and respond to customer requests in a timely, professional, and helpful manner
- Efficiently route sales enquiries to the sales team
- Work with the tutoring team to manage communication between tutors and customers e.g. find out why a student hasn’t joined their class; find out why a student missed their class, and so on
- Ensure proper closeout of each learning session e.g. collate student reports from tutors and send them to parents, notify sales team to follow up on renewal
- Maintain database of leads, customers, subscriptions, and so on
- Perform other clerical duties such as organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, managing company equipment/resources, etc.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good use of Office suite applications (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid experience with digital media applications.
Salary
N75,000 / month.
