Job Position: Assistant Supervisor

Job Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring that the apartment is well-maintained by scheduling repairs and maintenance as needed
  2. Coordinating with other departments such as human resources or marketing to streamline operations
  3. Reviewing guest complaints, concerns, or issues in order to make decisions about how to best respond to them
  4. Ensuring that guests are satisfied with their experience
  5. Overseeing the financial operations of the hotel such as revenue management and labor costs
  6. Assigning apartments to guests based on availability or preferences as indicated in reservations
  7. Ensuring that all guests are safe and secure while staying at the hotel.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / BA Degree with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N50,000 – N60,000 Monthly.
