Job Position: B2B Sales Executive

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Aba – Abia and Onitsha – Anambra

Job Description

  • The Sales Executive will be responsible for growing business, drives sales performance, recruitment and management of new & existing customers in the assigned portfolio, ensuring superior execution of sales & service processes/activities.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, achieve targets
  2. Build and maintain effective relationship with key and potential clients, interacting with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence and standard application of operating standards.
  3. Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business and deliver best-in-class customer service and compliance to credit policy
  4. Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients in the region
  5. Provide the Company with marketing/sales intelligence related to own area of responsibility and help the Company performance
  6. Key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, compile relevant reports for management use

Job Requirements

  1. Tertiary Degree especially in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  2. Extensive working experience in similar roles at sales management level in a highly competitive sales environment/
  3. Excellent multiple stake holders & customer Relationship Management (CRM), with ability to establish adequate personal and professional relationships
  4. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM module will be an added advantage
  5. Excellent communication skills both written/spoken in English and a
  6. Highly analytical and problem-solving ability
  7. Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team
  8. Customer Service Oriented.
  9. Proactive, initiative, and creative and highly result oriented
  10. Working knowledge of computer applications –PowerPoint/excel/word,

Salary
N185,000 / month.
