Job Description

1. Achieving business goals and revenue targets
2. Identify and leverage strategic opportunities within the managed markets customer base, allowing for advantageous positioning and customer development
3. Managing internal and external stakeholders’ relations and negotiating contracts
4. Manage yearly budget for maximum ROI
5. Key contributor to organization growth and expansion
6. Review regional performance against target, objectives and KPI’s and enhance performance
7. Translate regional business plans.
8. Direct, manage, and coach regional sales representatives’ tactical activities

Job Requirements

1. A B.Sc, M.Sc, HND or OND degree is required
2. Must have knowledge of Banking, commercial and investment, wealth management, corporate finance and capital markets
3. Minimum of 7 years working experience
4. Relationship building, agility and adaptability, innovation and creativity, decision-making, negotiation and critical thinking
5. Must have good presentation skills
6. Knowledge of MD Word, Excel and Power Point
