Job Position: Client Relations / Sales Officer
Location: Abuja

Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a proactive and resourceful Client Relationship & Sales Officer. The ideal candidate will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while driving sales growth.

This role requires building and managing strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving measurable sales results in the wellness industry.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage all calls, emails, and messages across all communication channels.
  2. Identify and assess client needs to deliver excellent service and satisfaction.
  3. Actively follow up on sales while identifying new business opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients through consistent and engaging communication.
  5. Present, promote, and sell services to existing and prospective clients.
  6. Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
  7. Handle client concerns and complaints, provide timely solutions, and ensure follow-up to resolution.
  8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, or a relevant field.
  2. 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, client service, or relationship management.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  5. Demonstrated sales drive with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  6. Client-focused and result-oriented mindset.
  7. Genuine interest in the wellness industry.

Salary
N180,000 – N250,000 per month.
