Job Position: Client Relationship Officer (Branding and Activations)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Summary

We are seeking a resourceful and client-focused Client Relationship Officer to join our growing team.

This role is critical to our operations, bridging communication between clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary liaison between Clients, vendors, and internal operations teams.
  2. Attend to all client-related matters and communications under the supervision of the Operations manager or designated supervisor
  3. Respond promptly and efficiently to client and vendor queries via calls, emails, and meetings.
  4. Support in managing vendor relationships, maintaining the vendor database, and ensuring timely service delivery.
  5. Handle budgeting, invoicing, documentation, and other administrative processes related to projects.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to track production timelines, material requests, and purchase orders for ongoing projects.
  7. Participate in team meetings to provide updates on project status, challenges, and client feedback.
  8. Monitor onsite activities such as branding, activations, etc, providing detailed feedback to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  9. Investigate project challenges, identify root causes, and propose actionable resolutions.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in client service, operations support, or project supervision/coordination (preferably within an advertising or experiential marketing agency).
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
