Job Title: Clinical Service Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Clinical Service Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the launch of new products, providing clinical guidance, and engaging healthcare professionals to ensure effective product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of new product launches
- Provide clinical information and training on company products to healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers
- Conduct clinical presentations and product demonstrations
- Gather feedback from the field to support product improvement
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive product success
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Lab Scientist, Public health or any other health related course.
- Must have completed NYSC
- Relevant clinical or healthcare experience is an added advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain medical/clinical information clearly
- Computer literacy
- Good sense of dressing and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
