Job Position: Corporate Communications Manager
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing an integrated corporate communication strategy, ensuring consistent and effective messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
- Set strategy to manage employee communications that ensure employees understand and support company strategies, principles and initiatives, and the impact on employee’s day-to-day activities in close collaboration with HR and Admin department.
- Develop, manage and produce effective communications tools & platforms, such as company magazines, corporate literature and internal campaigns, that ensure staff are aware of and support business initiatives and success.
- Develop and manage the development of annual communications cycle plans that incorporates functional and company requirements as well as supports the company’s plan and focus.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders, including the Media, PR Agencies, NGOs, and Influencers.
Job Requirements
- First Degree or its equivalent Business, Communications, or its equivalent in other business-related Discipline.
- A master’s degree in relevant Social/Management Sciences and other related disciplines is an added advantage
- Relevant Professional certification is a plus
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Proven track record of managing corporate communication effectively.
