Job Position: Corporate Sales Manager

Job Locations: Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt – Rivers

Job Description

  1. The ideal candidate would have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the Paint industry.
  2. The Corporate Sales Manager will lead the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies and goals, while also identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales targets
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  3. Oversee the daily activities of the sales team and provide guidance and support when needed
  4. Monitor competitors’ activities and recommend necessary actions to stay ahead of the competition
  5. Develop sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  6. Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management
  7. Motivate, train and coach sales team members to achieve their sales targets

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  2. At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in the paint industry.
  3. Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  4. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other sales software.
