Job Position: Customer Care / Creative Director

Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Address customer inquiries, reservations, and walk-ins with courtesy and efficiency
  2. Greet customers warmly and provide a positive first impression.
  3. Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment processing
  4. Monitor and maintain cleanliness in customer areas, including tables and restrooms
  5. Suggest additional menu items or specials to enhance the customer experience
  6. Promote add-ons or promotions to increase sales
  7. Develop creative materials for marketing campaigns
  8. Coordinate and oversee food photoshoots for promotional materials and social media
  9. Develop creative content for social media platforms.
  10. Conceptualize and plan creative events within the restaurant space
  11. Work closely with chefs to visually enhance the presentation of dishes
  12. Conduct research on various topics, gather data and compile results

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the food industry as a customer care representative
  3. Time Management
  4. Effective communication skill
  5. Tech Savvy
  6. Proximity to location is an advantage.
