Job Position: Customer Care Representative

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  1. Sells the Company products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  2. Developing a good relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  3. Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  4. Being a team player by contributing to the team effort related to the result as needed.
  5. Identifying the prospect needs and being able to provide a solution to such needs.
  6. Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  7. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  8. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  9. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  10. Strong business sense
  11. Excellent negotiation and persuasive skill.
  12. Exceptional customer service delivery.

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum of OND Degree
  2. Must have at least 2 years experience in a related field
  3. The minimum age: 30 years
  4. Sex: Female
  5. Proficiency in English
  6. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  7. Fast learner, great adaptability to change and passion for sales.
  8. Ability to work with little or no supervision
  9. Ability to meet target and work under pressure.
  10. Understanding of the different terrain is an added advantage.

Salary
N30,000 – N300,000 Monthly
