Job Position: Customer Experience Officer (NYSC)

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

  1. Answering questions about the company’s products or services via phone, email, and in person.
  2. Direct customers to online resources.
  3. Handling customer complaints.
  4. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
  5. Responding to customers’ reviews.
  6. Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with customers, especially in sensitive situations.
  7. Update customer records in the system
  8. Create and maintain reports about customer interactions
  9. Develop a rapport with customers.
  10. Concluding sales for online customers.
  11. Checking product availability.
  12. Setting up accounts for new customers
  13. Booking of orders
  14. Processing of orders.

Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Linguistics or Business Administration
  • 0 – 1 year relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a corper serving in Lagos
  • Young, smart and vibrant.
