Job Position: Customer Experience Officer
Job Location: Ogba, Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels.
- Collaborating with other teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.
- Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives. as well as informing customers about new product features and functionalities.
Job Requirements
- A B.Sc / HND / OND in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management or in a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years’ experience as a customer experience officer, or a similar customer support role.
- Expert level; written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail.
- Quick to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite Office Excel and PowerPoint) and Google workspace
- Knowledgeable in social media management
- Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
- Great organizational and time management abilities
- Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
Remuneration
N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
