Job Position: Customer Relations Officer

Job Location: Owerri, Imo

Job Description

  • Initialize and manage relationships with clients. Focal point of contact with prospective and existing clients. Identify and educate prospective customers whilst supporting existing clients with information and assistance. Responsible for communicating the benefits of our services to drive sales.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage customer service interactions i.e., phone calls, email correspondences, WhatsApp
  2. Resolve customer complaints and escalate where necessary
  3. Nurture long-term relationships with our clients
  4. Pass along feedback from clients to help us build/develop better services
  5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services
  6. Provide advice to clients on purchasing services
  7. Take and process orders
  8. Up-sell or cross-sell our services
  9. Generate leads and follow up with prospects
  10. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  11. Keep abreast of best sales practices and promotional trends
  12. Track relevant KPIs
  13. Perform miscellaneous job-relation duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • HND
  • 0 – 2 years work experience.

  5. Ability to work with minimal supervision
  6. Comfortable and eager to learn new things

Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
