Job Position: Customer Service Intern

Job Location: Enugu

Job Responsibilities

  • Make large volume of outbound calls to follow up on leads and provide necessary guidance.
  • Receive incoming calls and attend to walk clients.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification.
  2. At least 1 year work experience.
  3. Must have completed NYSC.
  4. The preferred candidate must be aged 21 -29 years.
  5. Have good writing and communication skills.
  6. Must be computer literate and can work with Microsoft Office tools.
  7. Must be a fast learner who pays attention to details.
  8. Must be ready to resume immediately.

Salary
N45,000 monthly
