Job Position: Customer Service Intern
Job Location: Enugu
Job Responsibilities
- Make large volume of outbound calls to follow up on leads and provide necessary guidance.
- Receive incoming calls and attend to walk clients.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification.
- At least 1 year work experience.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- The preferred candidate must be aged 21 -29 years.
- Have good writing and communication skills.
- Must be computer literate and can work with Microsoft Office tools.
- Must be a fast learner who pays attention to details.
- Must be ready to resume immediately.
Salary
N45,000 monthly
