Job Position: Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities

  1. The right candidate must have worked in a dispatch delivery company for years and know how to manage riders.
  2. The right candidate must understand very well all areas in Ibadan and their current delivery prices
  3. The right candidate must have a customer service relationship and know how to follow up orders and provide feedback between the riders and the customer
  4. The right candidate must be knowledgeable about sending daily, weekly and monthly reports to the office and customers.
  5. The right candidate must be ready to work as a marker by bringing in new customers.
  6. The right candidate must be accountable, smart and honest to work with or without supervision.
  7. The right candidate must leave around Iwo Road,iyana church precisely.
  8. The right candidate must be ready to resume work immediately.
