Job Position: Customer Service Officer (Female)

Job Location: Opebi, Ikeja – Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email.
  2. Conduct telemarketing activities and follow up with potential clients.
  3. Manage social media platforms to engage with customers effectively.
  4. Assist walk-in prospective customers and facilitate sales transactions.
  5. Coordinate and manage training events and customer service campaigns/projects.

Job Requirements

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Proven experience in customer service and sales.
  3. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Diligent and fast learner, adaptable to evolving tasks and responsibilities.

Salary 
N60,000 – N80,000 / month.
