Job Position: Customer Service Representative (Hospitality)
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with call centre experience who are passionate about creating memorable customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction across all communication channels.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email promptly and professionally.
  2. Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
  3. Log customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries in the system for follow-up and resolution.
  4. Work closely with the Operations and Logistics teams to track orders and resolve customer issues.
  5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  6. Ensure that the company’s Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets and response time metrics are consistently met.
  7. Escalate complex customer concerns to the Customer Service Manager for timely resolution.
  8. Participate in daily team briefings and quality checks to ensure service consistency.

Requirements

  1. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
  2. 1 – 2 years call centre or customer service experience (restaurant or QSR experience is a plus).
  3. Excellent communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts and off days.
  6. Proficiency in basic computer and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business).
  7. A friendly, patient, and positive attitude towards customers.

Shift Details:

  1. 6-hour daily shifts (morning, mid-day, or evening)
  2. One – two off days weekly on a rotating schedule

Remuneration & Benefits

  1. Salary: N75,000 / Month.
  2. Meal during shift.
