Job Description

We are seeking to hire a detail-oriented Data Entry and Project Support Intern to support our team in delivering a key project.

This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, data management, and administrative support.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Assist in organising and maintaining project documentation.
  2. Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.
  3. Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
  5. Assist in tracking project progress and updating records.
  6. Conduct basic research to support project deliverables.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders when required
  8. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 0-1 year work experience
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  3. Strong organisational and time-management skills
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  5. Good written and verbal communication skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
