Job Description

  • We are looking for a Digital Marketer to develop, implement, track and optimize its digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
  • The Digital Marketer will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
  • You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  2. Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence alongside other members of the creative team (Designer, Video Editor, Content Manager)
  3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  6. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  8. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  9. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  10. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Job Requirements

  1. BS / MS Degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field
  2. Proven working experience in digital marketing
  3. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  5. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  6. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  7. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  8. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  9. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  10. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints will be an added advantage
  11. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

  • OND / HND or B.A./B.Sc., in any relevant field of study
  • 2-3 years’ experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role
