Job Position: Digital Media Executive
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  1. Liaise and monitor third-party platforms to run our campaigns.
  2. Research and analyse media trends (digital & traditional) to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy
  3. Generate content for digital and offline platforms when necessary
  4. Organise online promotion strategy/campaigns for consumers
  5. Work with the internal Creative Graphics Designers in designing visual content that reflects the audience and the DKT brands
  6. Develop and implement appropriate communication strategies through competitive research, platform determination, message, and audience identification
  7. Budget and financial reporting of owned post promotions on all DKT social media platforms
  8. Develop and implement the organisation’s social media marketing objectives
  9. Run regular social campaigns and track their success (likes, visits, views, reach, engagement, leads, sales)
  10. Liaise with the internal creative graphics designers in designing visual content that reflects the audience and DKT brands
  11. Develop a content strategy in line with DKT Nigeria’s marketing objectives
  12. Manages all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience
  13. Research and analyse social media trends and website traffic data to improve social media strategy and campaign efficacy
  14. Carry out a periodic comparative analysis of competition in order to develop new strategies.
  15. Generate content for mobile marketing platforms
  16. Organise the online promotion strategy for consumers and providers
  17. Create timely and engaging content optimised for the platform used and the intended audience
  18. Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities, including:
  19. Create and manage all published content (images, video, and written)
  20. Monitor and respond to users in a ‘’social’’ way while cultivating leads and sales
  21. Conduct online advocacy and branding, and open a stream for cross-promotions.

Qualification / Experience

  1. Hold a relevant Degree or qualification in Communication, Marketing or Advertising.
  2. 2-5 years of work experience in a similar role
  3. Must possess a high level of integrity and responsibility
  4. Must be an excellent team player
  5. Advanced presentation, analytical and communication skills (oral and written)
  6. Should be market-oriented
  7. Excellent social media management skills.
  8. Experience with blogging, Facebook and Twitter.
  9. Excellent knowledge of social media management tools is a huge plus.
  10. Ability to design and manage online marketing programs focusing on building awareness and audience acquisition.
  11. Have active accounts with Social Media Networks like Facebook and Twitter.
  12. Strong interpersonal skills
  13. Good customer relations and follow-up skills
  14. Ability to meet set deadlines.
