Job Position: E-Commerce Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Alice and Tiwa, an e-commerce fashion retail company based in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Manager under our Graduate Scheme. We are looking for candidates with a 2:2 degree in business, economics, marketing, data analytics, or other fields. Experience in a CRM platform is beneficial but not necessary, and candidates with experience in any job role are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Oversee customer orders from processing to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
  2. Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  3. Analyse website performance and user behaviour data to identify areas for improvement and implement conversion optimization strategies.
  4. Utilize data analytics to track and analyse sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Lead and motivate the customer service and sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  6. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce.

Job Requirements

  • 2.2 Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar job role. Experience in a CRM platform is beneficial but not necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of sales principles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to utilize analytics tools to drive sales strategies. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications is a must!

Salary

  • N100,000 – N110,000 per month.
  • Leave: 15 days excluding bank holidays
