Job Position: e-Commerce Specialist

Job Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

  1. Drive online sales to help meet financial targets and profit budgets. Ensure the experience for the online customer is reflective of the brand’s UPS’s & customer service values.
  2. End-to-end management of new product uploads, including copywriting, coordinating photography and inventory management
  3. Ensure product enrichment is managed efficiently, with strong attention to detail and in a timely manner
  4. Effectively and efficiently create and maintain product data spreadsheets for enrichment (Microsoft Excel)
  5. Online product merchandising and daily review of site to ensure all product content is current, accurate, relevant and aligned with digital merchandising and content strategy
  6. Maintain the management categorization of all products on-site, regularly updating new arrivals, best sellers and sale products
  7. Collaborate and liaise with product team to understand product delivery dates and SOH across the retail network to manage online product enrichment processes and timelines
  8. Support marketing campaigns, product launches and retail activities with regular and relevant content updates
  9. Manage home page banner and website content updates to align with digital marketing calendar
  10. Support Ecommerce Manager with pricing & promotions as required
  11. Project manage online campaigns and promotional activity, including briefing in required assets, building EDMs and managing key dates to ensure on time delivery
  12. Support the CRM team to grow the subscriber database through implementation of tactical acquisition campaigns
  13. Liaise and collaborate with various departments to ensure we are delivering best in class, seamless customer experience
  14. Deliver on-brand, best-in-class online customer experience.
  15. Drive online sales to help meet financial targets and profit budgets.
  16. Provide technical and testing support with responsive, problem-solving abilities.
  17. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner and reporting deadlines are met.

Job Requirements

  1. Demonstrated 3 – 5 years ecommerce management experience in a similar role
  2. E-store Operations background (Magento experience highly regarded)
  3. Experience within the fashion retail industry or e-Commerce background highly regarded
  4. University Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Management or associated majors.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
  6. Exceptional organizational skills with strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of team
  8. Highly self-driven with initiative to be hands-on to support wider team
  9. Excellent Analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics (or similar)
