Job Position: Engineering Support Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

1. Track and manage all assigned tasks record
2. Work with all internal groups, including support, sales, engineering, product management, and consulting towards achieving company growth.
3. Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are safely carried out through proper system and standard operational procedures.
4. Improve work processes and setup standards for process Flow and systems in order to increase reliability and efficiency.
5. Generate accurate and timely reports, project solution, designs, drawings and BOMs.
6. Using AutoCAD for engineering drawing
7. Filling and documentation of engineering projects
8. Plan and Execute project surveys for new projects according to the company SOP.
9. Effectively scheduling survey: Follow all approved work process in scheduling all surveys and communicating same promptly and timely to all parties concerned.
10. Communication: Effective communication with clients, colleagues and supervisors on all work related matters.
11. Coordinate with OHS coordinator and investigate all reported incidents (near -misses and accidents).

Job Requirements

1. B.Sc Degree / HND in Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related position.
3. Knowledge of AutoCAD is essential and mandatory.
4. Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Ability to work on tight deadlines.
8. Knowledge on occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
