Job Position: Executive Assistant to the MD

Job Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

1. The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO only.
2. is a dynamic position that requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. .
3. Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing schedules, logistics and reports using online tools.
4. To be successful in this role, you should be VERY comfortable with Technology, well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
5. Demonstrate cost efficiency and attention to quality detail.

Job Requirements

1. Graduate (B.Sc or HND) in any discipline
2. Good standard of numerical skills
3. Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
4. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
5. The ability to plan and prioritize workloads and delegate accordingly
6. Able to develop excellent product knowledge to engage with staff and customers.
7. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
8. Discretion and confidentiality

2. The ability to manage, motivate and organize firmly and pleasantly.
3. Lead and organize self
4. Can support with efficiency and resourcefulness.
5. Motivated enough to be accountable
6. Work Weekends (Flexible/Remote options can be discussed)
7. Effective communicator verbal and written
8. Willing to Travel 25% of the time
9. Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice
