Job Description

  1. Keep accurate records for all daily transactions in the office
  2. Prepare balance sheets and assist in the preparation of budgets
  3. Managing records and receipts
  4. Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transaction
  5. Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  6. Update internal systems with financial data
  7. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  8. Track bank deposits and payments
  9. Review and implement financial policies
